A Prospectus dated February 13, 2022 (the “Prospectus”) has been filed by the Company with the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Chennai, (“RoC”) pursuant to section 56 and section 60 of the Companies Act, BSE Limited (“BSE”), which is the designated stock exchange for the Issue, (and for records, with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”)), pursuant to Regulation 6(6) of the SEBI Debt Regulations.
